Decommissioning the Nation

This is the  National Decommissioning Centre which, believe it or not,  is based in our small village. I knew that there was a lot of trouble at t' mill but surely it can't be that  bad? The latest evidence being that Orkney is currently considering returning to its old Kingdom of Norway! Read all about it here!
