Artist Helen & a Fan

An arty morning with the kids - both of them are enjoying watercolours at the moment. Also a productive 'home' morning getting put off jobs done. Always a good feeling. We got out when Danny was back and the 4 of us pottered about town, checking the post for Sarah, checking the pond for frogs... Lots of tadpoles and 4 huge turtles!
Team meeting this afternoon. Catching up on what's happening across the island and praying together.
Charlie and Isabel were round again as soon the meeting was over. They created a board game yesterday that they all (inc. Nate) wanted to play.
Danny had the late afternoon/evening in the prison. He got back and the girls and I headed to Helen's exhibition launch in a local venue. I've missed the last couple so I was really glad to be there. Her art looked amazing and a silver lining was meeting mine and Asha's favourite graffiti artist, Aida Miró!

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Cleaning the corners that don't get cleaned enough!!
2) The girls enjoying hanging out at our place.
3) A lovely evening surrounded by beautiful art and meeting interesting people.
