Classy ride

Our daughter who is hiking the Pacific Crest Trail hitched a classy ride into the nearest town for supplies today. The way it works is that when you need anything you leave the trail, take a bus or get a lift into the nearest town, restock (or in some cases have a rest day) and then hitch a ride back to where you left off. 

I had no classy rides but did have a busy day and got my podcast completed a day early. There is a big thing about water this week, which is a running (pun intended) theme,  and which you can stream (pun intended) here:
