The Corner Cupboard on the move.

Back in July 1962, Mum and Dad moved into their new house and one of the items they brought with them was this corner cupboard. Today it went to a new home. However, it soon became apparent that when it entered the house, it must have come through the door at the back of the house as it wouldn't fit through any other one. So, after removing the top and base of the cupboard, that was the only way it would leave the house. However, since the house was built, a garage has been added and it wouldn't fit through the door from the garden to the garage. So, thanks to the very friendly next door neighbours, we were able to lift the cupboard over the fence and out through their garage. Here is the cupboard with its new owners.
