Early morning rdv for a control at the dermatologist. All OK and he congratulated me for being very sensible on hols and not getting sunburnt. He should have seen me 30 years ago - wasn't really into suncream at the time.
Home to do some work. Still not able to exercise which is rather frustrating. But hopefully will be worth it.
