Nicola and I spent the afternoon with Louisa. 

Louisa's house is like a feature in Homes and Gardens magazine. The garden is massive and absolutely beautiful. We both came away with enough plants to stock a border. 

Really, I should have taken a couple of photos because Nicola is pulling a face here. She'll be mortified to know I'm using it!!! So no one is to tell her!

As Louisa had given us both so many plants, she had to drive us home. Alarmingly, there were armed police along Nicola's road. Probably armed with tasers but unusual to witness.

Louisa has the cutest Dachshund.  Remember Womble who died suddenly? Muppet is her other dog. Adorable.
