I’ll try anything once!
It was rather wet at times as I took Holly for a walk in Pollok.
Walking along by the river I met two young people from somewhere in the Far East and in their shopping bag they had 2kg of carrots which they planned on feeding to the cows.
There are notices on some of the fields explaining that cows only eat grass but I have seen them ripping leaves from the low branches of the trees at the edges of the fields.
The cow obviously wanted to take the carrot but didn’t know what to do with it and it just kept slipping out of her mouth. Unlike humans, dogs and horses cows just don’t know how to crunch
