Cows and calves

A sunny morning so I spent some time in the garden.The weather changed to rain in the afternoon though so we decided to watch the film Matilda the musical. It was good but you can not beat seeing it live.
We took David’s home afterwards. Managing to avoid the showers when he got back.
They are resurfacing the Astro turf pitch next to David’s house ,so the whole pitch was now black and piles of the new surface were ready to be put down.
We went to Tescos on the way home to get some dinners. Picked up some more geraniums, petunias and Busy Lizzie , nice looking plants .
Spotted these cows on the way home .This calf had just had a feed.
