There was room for only one

After a rather quiet day I stopped off at Western Springs Lake for a walk with the camera. I was fortunate that the Spoonbill colony was much more active than other times I've been there.  Mostly I see them preening or sleeping. Today's photo shows what happens when two want the same rock to stand on. One of these went back into the trees.
