Portsoy Boat Festival

Despite squalls of torrential rain Valery and I had a fantastic time.  We watched some great folk music, ate gorgeous local produce and marvelled at the girls doing elaborate skipping routines.  The architecture in Portsoy is beautiful.  This gendarmerie was above a store selling French whisky.  Princess Anne and Sir Tim Lawrence opened the show and diligently showed interest in all the stalls.
