Did I hear squirrel!

Another cool day with blue sky to start.  After morning walk and breakfast I headed into tge garden.

Weeded a patch overgrown with ivy and brambles.  In spring I'd planted lavender here which has survived.  The patch receives a fair bit of sunlight so have plans for it.

A little scraggy-feathered robin appeared boldly at my feet for any pickings.  The garden seems to be depleted of insects apart from the odd bumble or hoverfly.  Plenty of biting insects as each time I'm in the garden I acquire another bloodsucked trophy.

There's often a squirrel taking an aerial path across this passageway.  At least Kyro is not rearing up.
