Appledore at low water

There are a couple bits of dereliction, one in the thumbnail and one at the other end of the image. Before getting to Appledore I had been to the Garden Centre to pick up some rose clear for the blackspot that has appeared on my roses, and some feed for my azaleas and pieris.

After lunch a bit of time tidying up the main flower bed in the courtyard. A bit of pruning was needed, most of which was from my neighbours shrubs hunting the sun, which is over my side. It didn't take long for the sparrows and dunnocks to try out their fresh dust bath area!
