Elephant garlic

I didn't want to buy garlic knowing the glut that's around the corner on the plot!

So I pulled this beautiful garlic bulb for tonight's dinner. Nothing beats the first fresh garlic of the year. I had smelly hands when I picked raspberries afterwards!
