Canada Day

I have no idea whatsoever what connection this photo has to Canada or Canada Day, but given that it's the only photo I took, it'll have to do.
It was a truly lazy day, even superb weather failed to lure us outside apart from watering a few plants.

A normal weekend breakfast and dinner of way too much food created the need for more "moderation" I'm told.
We'll see how long that lasts.


Ah well...
