The day after

Spent a while with Ivy today.
We had a cuppa and some chocolates.

Her room is full of flowers, cards and balloons.
She said it was lovely of us to celebrate with her yesterday.
Unfortunately she thought she was going home tomorrow and was wondering how she’d get everything back to her house.

She is in the Resthome permanently now but her memory doesn’t hold that thought too well so she is often thinking that she’s going home soon.
