Lentil and Sweet Potato Stew

1st day of june but raining and dull. Tomorrow is going to be good though.!
An easy 18k run through the vineyards and along the river, which was flowing very fast so a little precarious in places.
Got told off by Mrs SwRo for going off on my run with only a croissant and 2 slices of bread and honey and a coffee inside me so we had dinner early around 6ish.
This comes from a website called: Green Kitchen and was very tasty. I did double the spices to give it a bit more kick.
