Mary wins again!

Yes, another delicious recipe from Mary Berry, this time an apricot fruit cake.
It was very good, plenty left!
We had a busy but pleasant afternoon dividing up herb plants (a hacksaw was useful) and re-potting them for the village fete next Saturday. My husband wrote labels in his oh so neat script, which surely makes them more saleable?
We have two sorts of mint, camomile, marjoram, three sorts of thyme, rosemary, lavender, parsley and lemon balm. The pennyroyal and coriander sown from seed have been very slow!
Now thinking that tomorrow I could dig up some chives, fennel.......someone has given me some huge pots of lovage!
