Balcony herbs

This is a corner of my large balcony, on the flat roof of an extension below. I have nine tomato plants along the side wall, and various herbs in pots and troughs. The basil is doing wonderfully well, with a smaller, second sowing alongside the large pot. There's also flat leaf parsley, some rather leggy tarragon, overwintered from last year, which I need to harvest to encourage new growth, and the corner of a trough of dwarf French beans, which is an experiment as we don't currently have a bed ready for them in the garden. At the opposite corner I have lots of oregano and some marjoram. I enjoy this part of my gardening: it's contained, small scale and under control.
