Floral Clock, Dollar Park Falkirk.

We were passing through Falkirk this morning when MaggieD asked if we could have a quick visit to Dollar Park. So in we nipped and were quite impressed by the floral clock. Although still a work in progress, it is looking pretty smart already. The chap mentioned, George Forrest, was an Edwardian plant hunter who was born in Falkirk but died in Yunnan, China while seeking out new varieties of rhododendron.
