Today has been a fun day! After a sloggy kind of 10k this morning, the rest of the day was spent celebrating Claire’s 40th Birthday. We did a proper Shrewsbury tour of pubs and eateries and had a good catch up.

I’ve known Claire since I was 7 years old and moved to Wales. We sat next to each other on the bus every day for the 5 years of high school. I’m godmother to her beautiful Esme. Many happy memories shared today with the rest of the gang from high school.
