Dropped J9 at work, did food shop, wired the beautiful vintage glass ceiling light we bought in Scotland & hung it on the landing.
I was using period correct fittings. Silk braided flex looks beautiful, but it’s a pain in the arse to strip & wire up. Luckily it wasn’t my first time so I knew what to expect
Picked J9 up at 3pm & popped over to Mcr to see her mum & Jeff. Pam was on good form, she is a long way from her old self, but today was a good day.
Now it must be beer o’clock.
