Beach walk with daughter and son in law.

Started the day at Wiston House, a 16th century house, which is now an executive agency of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. It was opened for the first time today in aid of the National Open Gardens Scheme. Delicious cakes and coffee. Came back in the afternoon to watch the Test Match and when it got cooler I went for a bracing walk along the shore with my daughter and son in law.
