Clematis Montana - up close and personal!

Another busy day, out with my Aunt, who's 82!!

A trip to Lichfield, but no camera with me. And no, I've not reached the 21st century yet - my phone is so old it has no camera in it!! A shame really as we were delighted by a young chap playing a didgeridoo - he was amazing!

So I pottered around the garden this evening for today's shot. This clematis has done fantastically well this year. This close up reminds me of anemone tentacles?

I'm a bit pooped after entertaining me olds these last couple of days - a glass (or two!) of wine is beckoning in the fridge. And I don't have to share it as my other half is visiting family in Preston!
