Haymaker’s Mushroom

I suddenly noticed these in groups all over the front lawn today (my extra photo shows just one patch).   I think it is sometimes called the Haymakers Mushroom and if so it’s Latin name is, apparently,  Panaeolina foenisecii.

Lots of it anyway ,but sadly not edible.
