Totally exhausted, I have been trying to be a bit more active with my health conditions. Its been a bit of a challenge to get away, but really good for my head space.

The places I have been visiting have been near to where I park my van, So I can do small walks along, spend a little time with my camera then rest. 

Today I am really feeling it, but camera in hand, there is always something to capture. Time to pace and put my feet up.
