Big boy - night away from home

Early start today, we went to help Nanny raise money for charity selling at a table top sale. He spent most of the day on my back in a wrap and attracting a ridiculous amount of attention. A few people gasped as they has been talking to me and only noticed he was there when he'd squeal with delight. People were struggling with prams through the stones and I was dodging them - SMUG!

This evening Nanny offered to have him overnight so that we could experience something beautiful - a lay in! With much hesitation we agreed that it would be lovely and we knew he'd be safe and happy. We're luck as Noah has a bedroom at my mother's house and is there often so I'm hoping he won't be unsettled. She's armed with a few ounces of expressed milk so I think he'll be fine.

This was a quick snap I took just as we dropped him off - freshly washed in his cuddly sleeping bag. Look at the fluffy hair right at the top of his head! Cute.
