View from the Monument

After a week of insects it's time for a landscape view.. We walked our "Two Ridges" walk. It's around 9 miles. We start from Trentham Gardens and walk over the top of Kings Wood. This is the view towards the gardens from the monument of The Duke of Sutherland. 

From here the route takes us to the village of Tittensor. We have a noisy walk over the M6 and back via Hanchurch Woods. We then get to walk under the M6 and return via Trentham golf course.
