Morning light

It was an early swim at Shandwick Beach this morning. A 7.30am start, as many of us had things to do. I had an 8.45am meeting.

It was excellent, but rather nippy. None of us stayed in long, but we all got that tingly feeling you get when the sea is really cold and you aren't wearing much gear.

I spent the rest of the day in communion with a laptop.
