The EV Adventure Day 2

After a comfortable nights stay (and a full car recharge at the hotel) we set off towards the Vosges mountains. In marked contrast to our last visit piloting our 45 year old Triumph on these roads, electric power bounds up them effortlessly. We stopped near the Col du Bonhomme for this photo. This was good timing as we spent most of the following hour driving literally in the clouds!

Another fast charge at Carrefore in Mulhouse and then it was back on the road passing briefly through Germany (in the pouring rain) and on to Switzerland.

Our ultimate destination was near Zurich. Annie is going to be house sitting for good friends for the next three weeks here. Unfortunately my stay is much shorter (I’m flying home on Sunday). Better make the most of the next two days.
