Junk

The house is just a few miles from Calke Abbey. Taken over by the National Trust in 1985 it’s most famous for its preservation of the air of faded gentility which shades into neglect and dilapidation. It also houses a wonderful collection of old junk. Far from Stately.
Friends G and D arrived late for a couple of nights.
