Saturday 2023 — Backyard Blessing

Today is our youngest great-grandchild's 4th birthday. RJ is the only child of our oldest granddaughter Ashly. They live in North Fontana in a lovely new residential area in Southern California.

We have four great-grandkids. The oldest is Tristan a 16-year-old boy. Then RJ is boy. The two in the middle are girls -- Jade is 7 and Emillia is 4. Tristan and his sisters belong to our granddaughter Desiree and her hubby Justin. They all live in San Diego because Justin is in the U.S. Navy. Our grandson Emerson does not have any children and is not married.

Here at the Central Coast today, I loaded the pups in the car and headed south four miles to the little community of Morro Bay to do some grocery shopping. I stopped at Spencer's, Albertson's, and then made a quick stop at Taco de Mexico to get an asada burrito on my way to house.

The main chore I completed today was vacuuming all of the carpet here at the little lavender house. It's a very tiring chore; I think that sounds ridiculous; but it’s true.
