Will To Power

On This Day In History
1934: Hitler purges members of his own Nazi party during the Night Of The Long Knives

Quote Of The Day
"However, when three traitors arrange and conduct a meeting in Germany with a foreign statesman which they themselves describe as "business," conduct it privately by excluding their staff and keep it secret from me by the strictest orders, I will have such men shot dead, even if it were true that, at this meeting that was kept so secret from me, they talked only of the weather, old coins and similar topics."
(Adolf Hitler, speech to the Reichstag, Berlin, July 13, 1934)

No secret "business" discussed at the board and council meal celebrating the end of another successful school year. However, one person here did draw a knife on one board member and threatened to kill another and bury him under the playground.

Who said politics is boring?

"Such a nice boy, obeys all the rules."
Shouldn't Have Done That
