Ti Plant

I looked these up once before - Cordyline Fruticosa. Apparently it’s used as a boundary marker for property in east Asia and the South Pacific. In New Caledonia it grew at the entrance to vegetable plots, next to letterboxes, at the end of grassy tracks with the house out of sight.

The car was booked to be picked up today, sometime between 8 am and 6 pm. I spent the time adapting recipes to some of the dishes we had in New Caledonia. A French/Kanak fusion.

Extra: The car has gone. It’s in good condition, they just took it away on a tow truck.

Have a great weekend everyone!
