neighborhood bear

The last time I posted a photo of our neighborhood bear was back in May. Then it was under an umbrella with rain boots painted on its feet. That was very apt for our very wet month of May. But it still kept raining for most of June, so the artists either couldn't repaint in the rain, or thought the rain theme still fit.
But today it became a fireworks bear to celebrate the Fourth of July!
