Lago del Sambuco

We drove into Maggia Valley for almost 50 km to Fusio. First visiting the Chiesa di San Giovanni Battista in Mogno (architect Mario Botta), then walking up to the Lago del Sambuco and back just when the sun came out eventually through the forest to Fusio for a snack with local cheese and cold meat products.

Rain is predicted for tomorrow. Great :-)
