Bee on Privet

Two walks; doctor's apt;
butchers; some school reticence
and Bee on Privet.

Busy day, took Ben to a psychiatry appointment first thing, it was quite long and he was getting bored but he did fairly well.  We're going through so many reviews with social care at the moment that it feels important to have important key people up to date with how things are going for Ben and the whole family.  They measure his height and weight at these things and he's grown again.  The surgeon at the hospital on Monday said they can see from his X-ray that he's got another 18 months at least of growing left, which is a good thing from the perspective of his shoulder healing well but not a good thing that I will to manage his potential size and strength in the future :-/  They always ask me at these times if his dad is big.  Sorry Mr KCNQ2Haiku.. but no, it doesn't come from him!  We both have had tall grandads, so maybe that's it, or maybe just the five gazillion snacks he eats in a day, who knows!
He didn't want to go to school afterwards so that slowed me down a little.  Then I took Mr KCNQ2Haiku to the office to fetch something he had left behind yesterday, I had some emails and a post office trip to do, walked the dog, spoke to my mum, went to the butchers and then it was time to fetch Ben again.  Time flies, even when you're not having fun!
The bee was in the garden after tea.
