Parkrun day

Took part in my third parkrun of this Ireland trip. This one was nice and flat - out along the canal side and back along an old railway line path. A bit of a hot one though.
Our journey then continued north to stop off with friends in Ardee. Pals from way back so great to catch up. Nice to get a brief glimpse of their grown up children as they passed through!
Even managed to make a date for them to visit us later in the year.
