This is a derelict atomic weapon test cell where Britain's first atomic bomb, Blue Danube, was tested.

I spent the day walking around Orford Ness, formerly administered by the Ministry of Defence, which conducted secret military tests during both world wars and the Cold War. Fascinating place and a worthwhile 7km walk around. So many old Military buildings and a good five or six atomic bomb testing structures.
