Blue

We saw the Heart Failure Nurse this morning.   She's very good and gave me a once over and we talked about the echocardiogram results amongst other issues.  I've had one of my tablets switched and she's booked a full blood test for me to have after my INR on Monday.

After lunch we went over to the Vernon Arms to meet up with Nicola and Stewart.  We spent a good time drinking coffee and chatting.  It's one of life's little luxuries, meeting friends!
