Good day off with my favourite gym session of the week with Scott at Gracemount. Good old fashioned hard work Body Combat. Loved it
Then a wee run around picking up H from his girlfriend’s in Porty and then a mad hunt for a Jellycat for R’s friends birthday on Saturday.
Home , clients, including one very happy guy who has lost 24lbs since he started on the 13th of June. My favourite clients are the 100percenters who don’t Fanny around they just do it!
Hard work pays off
