Guess what I did this evening!

Right across the road from our house is the Methodist Church. I saw a poster 3 weeks ago for exercise classes with kettle bells. Well, I’ve never done it before and at the time I wasn’t feeling up to it.
However I’ve been feeling OK most of the time over the last week so I went over there today before it started to speak to the girl who takes the class. 
She encouraged me to try it and just do what felt comfortable.
I really enjoyed it and could do most things just using the smallest weight.
It’s every Wednesday and as I can just walk across the road to it, it would be daft not to.
The extra is of our friends Jan and Chris who we met for lunch today. It was so lovely to see them and catch up on each other’s news. We had a lovely lunch at The Elsworth Kitchen in Skipton.
Tomorrow Sabrina and co are coming to stay for one night as they are flying from Leeds airport to Alicante early on Friday morning and we will be looking after wee Millie the dog for 2 weeks till they come home. 
Can’t wait to see the girls!

Nearly book and bedtime and I’m really tired.
