Voluntary!

I was at Castle Espie this morning, for pond dipping. I had one group of 30 Year 4 children at 10:30, and another at 11 ....... and we all got very wet!!! The rain just kept coming. So today's blip is of the pond zone before they all arrived, and the extra is me, also before they arrived, because once they were there, it was all action. We found some newts, waterboatmen, damselfly larvae and a leech! They all enjoyed the session, so it was worth getting wet!
