My little dessert

Today it would have been my mom's 103rd birthday, she died after her 93rd birthday, she made wonderful little German pancakes, I really love those and I can whip them up in 1,2,3. Just one egg, little milk, flour, little salt and just a little tad of maple syrup and a little tiny bit of olive oil. DONE. Enjoy.
