After identifying some issues with the layout this week I have spent tonight addressing some of them.  A little bit of rewiring, a point motor replaced and in the blip a piece of copper wire used to restore the electrical connection between the switch rail and running rail on the point in front of the class 08.  You can just see the two spots of solder on the edge of the rails.
