This day…

… is my late mum’s birthday. It’s also the anniversary of the day Martin and I met.
However, another event I will remember about this day in the future is the fact I was taken to hospital by ambulance in the early hours of the morning after a massive spike in my blood pressure! A horrid ‘night’ of very little sleep in a cubicle in A & E. Fortunately I was allowed home after 9 a.m, saw my GP in the afternoon and am starting new medication in the morning. A day to remember!
