Vikings, Umbrellas and Snazzy Shoes

A visit to York today - such a lovely city. A wonderful visit to Jorvik Viking Centre where we saw and smelt what it was like to be in York in 960 AD. Also lots of walking around the city, a nice lunch and even a look in a few shops which Mr YB didn't seem to mind too much.

The models in the exhibition were so lifelike. They were singing, chatting to each other, going about their work etc. A very nice day.
