Tuesday

Had a really nice morning with a friend; she had  vouchers for 2 free coffees and cake at John Lewis. Walked into town in the warm rain and enjoyed  a pastry and a tea. L wanted a look in a specific shop for a top, one I had never been in before and I came out with a jumper. Half price in the sale. Walked back home in the rain. The flowers were a bit wet at the bottom of the stair. 

Then it went all wrong this afternoon, and I know why. I ended up self harming to make it better.
