A day in the hot and humid big smoke with my Alchemist Therapy wonder women friends.
A modest 4 hour Lunch at Ottolenghi’s and then cooling drinks outside in Spitalfields old market . All marvellous :0) . London was a steady 27 degrees and the aircon of cars, trains and restaurants was much appreciated. Ireland doesn’t usually need air con, so this was a rarity for me !
My brother picked me up from Chelmsford station and I spent the evening catching up on ailments and pensions !! . Friday night is home made curry night - perfect .
