this is for my mate Lou, even though decided not to give her it incase it made her even more poorly than she is, but its the thought that counts. Have to say this was my first and last time ever that i try and bake a cake! as got me rather angry when the filling started oozing out of the middle ...should have let it cool!!! like i was to know these things!!!!
