Bridge over the stream

Sunday morning cycle ride and waterside stroll, exploring a place we hadn't been before. There were plenty of flora and fauna to fill a memory card!

The site is called Cascada de Fuente Negra, near Ibi in the mountainous interior of Alicante province. In Spanish, the word 'cascada',  recognisable from its Latin etymology, means waterfall. That's perhaps a bit ambitious – except after particularly heavy rainfall, I suppose!
